Janet E. Bailey MD

Janet E. Bailey, MD, FACR, FAUR is Professor of Radiology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Associate Chair for Education in Radiology, and Division Director of Breast Imaging. She is the former Program Director of Diagnostic Radiology Residency Training (2004-2017) and current Associate Program Director of the Interventional Radiology Residencies at Michigan. Her areas of expertise are Breast Imaging, Abdominal Imaging, and Education. Her roles in organized medicine include being Past-President of the Association of University Radiologists (AUR) and Past-President of the Association of Program Directors in Radiology (APDR). She received the APDR Achievement Award in 2019 and the AUR Gold Medal in 2022. She is a member of the ACGME Review Committee for Radiology, currently serving as Chair.
