Jacob Donchez MD

My name is Jake Donchez and I am a current 4th year Radiology resident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon, New Hampshire.  I was born Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and spent most of my life there prior to beginning residency.  I completed my undergraduate degree at Moravian College and medical school at St. Luke's University Health Network in affiliation with Temple University School of Medicine.  Following residency, I will be staying at Dartmouth for an additional year of training as part of the Body Imaging Fellowship.
