*Purpose:
A single center study aimed to improve the radiology resident Cardiac MRI curriculum via implementation of an internally developed Cardiac MRI board review video series.

*Methods and Materials:
Five short videos (8-13 minutes each) were internally developed covering Cardiac MRI board preparation topics, and distributed to current third year residents in January 2022. Following completion of the Core exam, a 10 question post survey was distributed. Preceding implementation, data was also collected from two classes of residents who had previously completed the Core exam (pre-implementation group) via an initial 10 question survey distributed in June 2021.

*Results:
The survey response rate was 38.8% (7/18) in the pre-implementation group, and 77.8% (7/9) in the post-implementation group. 100% of respondents in both the pre- and post-implementation groups achieved a passing score (over 350) on Core exam. The average passing scores of the pre- versus post-implementation groups did not significantly differ (502 vs 450, p=0.12). The average number of reported resources used to prepare for the Cardiovascular (CV) section of the exam decreased in the post-group (3.7 pre vs 2.7 post, p=0.22). The average resident rating (on a 10 point scale) of the residency education curriculum in preparing them for the CV section of the exam increased in the post-group (2.3 pre vs 4.9 post, p=0.09).

*Conclusions: Implementation of an internally developed Core exam review video series for Cardiac MRI resulted in a decrease in the number of resources needed to prepare for the exam and a higher rating of the residency education curriculum with no statistically significant change in average exam score.
